Well rate cuts basically are cuts to lending. Which in turn leads to inflation bc more money is being lent devaluing the currency as a result. This can cause risky assets like btc to pump bc its a hedge against inflation, it can also cause a dump though depending on the fomc speech and if its a sell the news event etc
