Well you need to know what blockchain the token is on. You then need some of that block chains native token to pay gas fees. Most wallets can swap directly from wallet, if thats not an option and exchange is your next best bet. Either way when you click recieve/deposit on the receiving wallet, it will ask for a block chain, this is the blockchain your token is on. Then it will provide a deposit address. You copy this, then go to the sending wallet, click send and enter the blockchain and the address you copied. Both the receiver and the sender must match! I'd suggest a small amount first as a test run
